Object of the Auction

Up for auction are two car subscriptions, each for 36 months and including 850 km per month. Each subscription includes all standard services: registration, taxes, servicing and maintenance, tyres including storage and seasonal change, and comprehensive insurance with an excess of CHF 1,000 per claim.

After the auction, it’s possible to reduce the insurance excess or add optional coverages for an additional monthly fee.

One of the two vehicles is in Sandstone color and the other in Obsidian Black. The highest bidder may choose the color. The second-highest bidder will get the other color.

Cost of the Car Subscription

Car subscriptions work basically like any other subscription, except that the monthly price is the bid from the auction.

At the start of the subscription, a one-time initial fee of CHF 390 is due, covering car preparation and number plate ordering. In addition, a deposit of CHF 1,000 must be provided. This will be refunded at the end of the subscription period, provided there are no damages or excess kilometres.

Optional add-ons with surcharge:

• Home delivery of the car: CHF 195

• Transfer of your own number plates: according to cantonal regulations and effort

• Optional insurance upgrades

• Higher mileage packages

Additional kilometers beyond the kilometers included in the subscription are charged at CHF 0.40 per kilometer.

In case of late or non-payment, additional fees may apply. Carvolution reserves the right to terminate the subscription with immediate effect and reclaim the car.

Participation Requirements

• Minimum age: 18 years

• Residence in Switzerland

• Valid Swiss driving licence

• Positive credit check by Carvolution

Auction Process

The auction starts on Black Friday, 28 November 2025 at 00:00 and ends on Cyber Monday, 1 December 2025 at 12:00.

By placing a bid, you commit to taking over the car subscription at your bid amount should you win. The two highest bids at the end of the auction period will be awarded the subscriptions. If a winner cannot be reached or fails to meet the participation requirements, the offer may be passed to the next highest bidder. If there are two bids of the same amount, the person who placed their bid first wins.

A legally binding subscription contract is only concluded after a successful credit check.

All bids are binding. False, abusive or manipulated bids may be excluded from the auction process. Carvolution accepts no liability for technical issues, transmission errors, or outages during the auction process.

Other Terms

The car subscription cannot be transferred or exchanged for other services.
