Right from the start, everything (ordering on the Internet, signing the contract electronically and delivering the car) worked perfectly. The contact with the startup was very friendly and uncomplicated, even if you have to get used to the “friend-like” culture, which is also applied towards the customer. In any case, I like the business model and the Ford Ka+ has so far fulfilled its task perfectly.
