We are a young start-up with the goal of simplifying and changing access to individual mobility. For this we need a motivated and independent Operations Manager with good written and spoken German skills, who is happy to help! We want to write history together with you!

Job objective

Administrative management of the vehicle fleet of Carvolution. You make sure that we have our fleet under control and always know which vehicle is in which condition. You take care of the vehicle management from the first registration at the road traffic office to its return from the customer. Of course, our sophisticated digital systems & tools support you in mastering your tasks.

Tasks

  • Administrative management of the vehicle fleet
  • Active support in vehicle procurement
  • Operational support in handling claims or service cases
  • Interaction with insurance companies in the event of an insured event
  • Efficient resource planning of vehicles
  • Management and independent implementation of Moonshot special projects

Requirements

  • Completed training in the commercial sector
  • Quick comprehension
  • Independent and exact working methods
  • Experience in dealing with customers and partners
  • High degree of accuracy, readiness and curiosity
  • Start-Up Mentality: Think outside the box!
  • Entrepreneurial spirit
  • Driving licence category B
