B2B customer Marc Bösch from Drück-Top GmbH is completely satisfied with Carvolution's car subscription. In this interview, he tells us what exactly his company does, how Carvolution helps him and to whom he would recommend the car subscription.

Marc, why don't you briefly introduce your company?

Drück-Top GmbH is a garage that offers everything from A-Z: repairs, tyre changes, bodywork, etc. The hail repair centre is part of it. Employees who work as freelancers are called in to repair hail damage in the event of major damage. Our customers are mainly large fleets and other garages because we not only deal with minor damage, but also offer an all-round service for hail damage. This year we have called on over 45 technicians for the hail centre. Drück-Top GmbH has about 16 employees.

Why did you choose Carvolution?

We offer the cars as replacement vehicles for our customers, this way we remain extremely flexible. Among other things, we also repair hail and bodywork damage of Carvolution's customers. We give them a Carvolution car again as a replacement and that always goes down very well. Flexibility is another point that convinced us, because unfortunately we cannot foresee hail. With Carvolution, we can choose flexible minimum terms and adapt the car subscription to our business. And last but not least, the price is also a decisive argument: compared to the competition, Carvolution can offer much better prices. Carvolution not only saves us time, but also money.

What exactly do you need the Carvolution cars for?

They are replacement cars for our customers but our technicians can also use the cars when they need to be mobile. In a way, we actually need the cars as a kind of pool vehicle for our customers and our technicians.

What challenges have we solved with you?

The whole ordering process is very quick and uncomplicated, because there is such a large selection of vehicles, we were able to increase our fleet extremely quickly. Now we have nothing more to do with the car, everything is done with one phone call and I don't have to worry about anything. All that helps me a lot in my day-to-day business.

Is there anything that is still missing?

No, we are completely satisfied, everything is just right for us.

Which companies would you recommend Carvolution to?

Industries that have short-term or unpredictable projects, have many customer visits or need a car for field staff. The fact that you don't have to worry about the car any more is simply terrific.
