Philippe lives in Basel and works for Basler-Verkehrsbetriebe. He became aware of the car subscription through two colleagues at work who already had a car subscription with Carvolution. Philippe, why were buying and leasing not an option for you?
The car I drove before my Carvolution car has been with me for a very long time. For me, there was only buying or leasing as alternatives. But when I calculated the total costs of the car, I came to the conclusion that Carvolution is much cheaper.
That's why buying and leasing are no longer options for me.
What did you already know about car subscription?
When I saw that some of my colleagues were already driving a car from Carvolution, I went to the homepage and chatted with you. I asked all my questions and they were answered to my complete satisfaction, I also came to Bannwil and had a look at everything. They dedicated an hour to me to show and explain everything.
Why did you finally choose Carvolution?
Mainly because of the price, the all-inclusive bundle is great, I only have to pay for my buses and petrol, the rest is already included. Simply a super service.
How did the ordering process go?
Very pleasant, I registered to come along and had a closer look at my future car: the BMW X2. Afterwards, I was sent documents so that I could take a closer look at everything at home and I spoke to the sales agent Rinaldo on the phone.
How does the car subscription help you in everyday life?
I use my car for everything: from my hobbies to my work. Since I work shifts, the car is very practical.
Do you also use the app?
So far the mileage package is working just fine. But if I notice that it's not enough, I know that I can easily adjust it directly in the app, which is perfect.
