At Carvolution, we work with various partners to ensure that customers are optimally served everywhere and at all times. We have a 24/7 assistance service with mobi24, a large tyre partner network and partner garages throughout Switzerland with a pick-up and delivery service.
The most important facts in brief
Tyre partner: The appropriate tyre garage is selected at the start of the subscription. This garage stores and changes the tyres. There are around 70 garages throughout Switzerland.
Repair partners: Repair partners repair the car while you have a replacement car and also offer a pick-up and delivery service. We have around 40 repair partners in Switzerland.
Service partners: Service partners take care of car servicing. These include all official brand garages.
Mobi24 Assistance: 24-hour, 7-day assistance - the Mobiliar emergency call centre is always at your side. You can reach them directly via the Carvolution app.
About the tyre change
At the start of the car subscription, customers choose a suitable tyre garage in their area. As soon as a tyre change is due, customers contact their tyre garage in good time. All details about the garage are stored in the app. Once the tyre garage has been contacted, it ensures that the tyres are ready to be changed. If new tyres are needed (e.g. due to insufficient tread depth), they will be ordered by our tyre garage.
Recommendation: If you contact your tyre garage in good time, you will have the most choice for a suitable appointment. The contact details are in the app.
About repair partners
Our more than 40 partner garages for bodywork and repairs will collect your damaged car from you. A replacement car will be brought to you and collected again. If your car is damaged, simply report the damage in the app. We'll then coordinate everything with the right repair partner so you don't have to.
Recommendation: Always report damage or accidents via the Carvolution app. So that we can offer you comprehensive insurance cover.
About service partners
If a service is due, Carvolution customers can make an appointment at any official garage of the relevant car brand. It is important that the service card (stored in the app as a PDF) is presented.
Recommendation: Don't forget to show your service card to the garage so that the service can be billed directly via Carvolution.
About Mobi24
In the event of accidents or breakdowns, we work together with mobi24, the assistance and emergency call centre of Schweizerische Mobiliar Versicherungsgesellschaft AG.
Recommendation: If you need help quickly outside working hours, we recommend calling mobi24.
