Philipp lesemeister blog

The Bernese startup Carvolution is getting stronger with the arrival of Philipp Lesemeister, CEO of Sixt Mobility Consulting. Lesemeister is now responsible for the fleet and is a member of the Carvolution management board.

"We are very pleased to welcome Philipp to the team and as a new member of the management board," says Olivier Kofler, CEO of Carvolution. "The demand for car subscriptions is growing rapidly and, with Philipp's help, we can develop Switzerland's largest car pass pool even faster."

Social success factor: automotive know-how

"Since its foundation, Carvolution has focused on digital processes and a unique customer experience. But one of the main success factors is the quality of the car supply and the management of our extensive fleet," says Kofler. Lesemeister, who has many years of experience in leasing and managing large fleets, will take over the main role of fleet manager at the beginning of May. With Lesemeister, Carvolution's range of services is set to become even more diverse, affordable and sustainable.

Great potential for car subscriptions

The potential of the car subscription concept has been recognised by the automotive industry. Indeed, experts predict that car subscriptions will account for around 40% of new car registrations by 2030. Lesemeister emphasises: "The car subscription approach is exciting, it touches the nerve of the war and will continue to grow in the years to come. When Carvolution offered me the opportunity to take over the operational management of the fleet, it was obvious to me that I would gladly accept this new challenge.
