The Swiss Economic Award is the most important prize for young companies in Switzerland. In 2022, this prize will be awarded for the 24th time. The coveted award, for which Carvolution is also nominated, honours outstanding entrepreneurial achievements in three categories.
Swiss Economic Forum
With this year's motto "Reaching Out", the Swiss Economic Forum (SEF) 2022 will focus on the challenges that are to be mastered across all sectors in the future. In doing so, the focus will be on the connection between the sectors themselves. The SEF offers a basis for a constructive exchange.
For the Swiss Economic Award 2022, a jury of experts nominated 9 finalists from over 110 applications. We are proud to be one of these companies and it was a great honour to welcome the experts to Bannwil to give them a look behind the scenes. Now Léa and Olivier can't wait to pitch to the main jury in Bern and be part of the Swiss Economic Forum in Interlaken in summer 2022.
Nine promising young companies have been nominated for the award:
- Service category: Carvolution AG, OneDoc AG, Solar Manager AG
- Category Hightech/Biotech: Auterion AG, Hemotune AG, Retinai Medical AG
- Category Production/Business: LEDCity AG, namuk outdoor clothing for kids, yamo AG
The Swiss Economic Award offers all finalists a broad, national media presence, as the pitches will be broadcast live on Swiss television SRF. In addition, they have access to the unique SEF.Founder network, receive sound feedback and have an easier entry into the SEF.Growth initiative.
A short review - SEF.Woman Award 2021
In 2021, SEF presented the SEF.Woman Award for the first time to the female entrepreneur and the young entrepreneur of the year. There was great joy that Léa Miggiano, three years after founding Carvolution, won the award for Young Entrepreneur of the Year 2021.

But now we are looking forward to the summer. The finalists of the Swiss Economic Award are known and we are highly motivated and excited to be among the nine young companies hoping to win the award at the Swiss Economic Forum.
